Comprehensive Nutrition Support for All Ages and Families
Our services include meal experiences designed to teach mindful and intuitive eating, crucial for eating disorder recovery, weight management, and overall health. We collaborate closely with your healthcare team to ensure integrated support.
At our practice, our dietitians specialize in a variety of areas to support individuals and families in achieving their health goals. We understand that nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all journey, and our expertise covers:

Eating Disorders
Our trained dietitians provide compassionate, evidence-based support for individuals of all ages struggling with eating disorders. We work collaboratively with patients and their families to foster recovery through personalized meal plans, nutritional education, and emotional support.

Sports Nutrition
For athletes and active individuals, our team offers tailored sports nutrition guidance to optimize performance and recovery. We emphasize the importance of fueling the body with the right nutrients to enhance athletic capabilities and overall health.

Gastrointestinal Disorders
Managing gastrointestinal disorders can be challenging, but our dietitians are here to help. We provide specialized nutrition plans for conditions such as IBS, Crohn’s disease, and food intolerances, focusing on symptom relief and promoting digestive health.

Pediatric Growth and Development
We are dedicated to supporting the nutritional needs of children at every stage of growth. Our dietitians offer guidance on healthy eating habits, addressing concerns like picky eating and allergies, while ensuring children receive the nutrients necessary for optimal development.

Intuitive Eating and Mindful Eating
We promote intuitive and mindful eating practices to help individuals develop a healthier relationship with food. Our approach encourages self-awareness and listening to the body's hunger cues, leading to balanced eating habits and improved well-being.

Health at Every Size
Weight inclusivity is an approach that prioritizes health and well-being without emphasizing weight to help improve diet and exercise-related health behaviors. This approach differs from the traditional weight-centric model.
Our goal is to empower individuals and families with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate their unique nutrition journeys. Whether you're seeking support for an eating disorder, looking to enhance athletic performance, or simply wanting to foster healthy habits, our dedicated team is here for you.
Initial Session
The initial visit is a 50-minute session that includes a comprehensive nutrition assessment. Based on each client’s nutritional needs and goals, recommendations for meal plans and/or medical nutritional therapy will be made, along with determining the best course of treatment. Our dietitians will begin communicating with your support team, including medical doctors, therapists and any other health professionals.
Follow Up Sessions
Follow-up sessions are 50 minutes each, and include some or all of the following: analysis of nutrient intake, monitoring of goal setting, continued food planning, body composition measurements and other nutritional recommendations, if needed. Throughout treatment, our dietitians will remain in communication with the other members of your health care team.
Meal Experiences
Evidence-based research on mindful eating has shown how effective this practice can be for eating disorder recovery, weight management and as a part of numerous medical nutrition therapies. Depending on your needs, an experiential visit may include in-office meals, grocery store outings, restaurant encounters and/or meeting at your home.
