What to expect from sessions with our dieticians (RDs):

Initial Visit (60 minutes)

We provide a comprehensive evaluation of the child’s growth patterns, current nutrient intake, and feeding behaviors. This thorough review supports healthy physical and cognitive development by ensuring the child receives the necessary nutrition to grow, learn, and thrive at every stage.

Ongoing follow-up sessions offer tailored guidance and support, addressing specific nutritional challenges such as food allergies or chronic medical conditions that affect growth. Our goal is to empower families to build the skills and develop balanced, lasting eating habits essential for their child’s long-term health and well-being.

Our Philosophy

We believe in individualized, unique support for different ages and stages of life.

For children and adolescents, we focus on supporting healthy growth and development and building a competent and confident eater.

Our approach is a weight inclusive approach that prioritizes health and well-being without emphasizing weight to help improve diet and exercise-related health behaviors. This approach differs from the traditional weight-centric model.
